It was a very nice laundromat, it was also very clean. There was only two things that really sucked, one that I had to drive all the way from Lake Mills to do my laundry, and two I couldn't get the TV to work. I would turn the TV on and I had to select the input. There was no remote control.
This place is an eyesore inside. Had we any our other choice, we'd have gone elsewhere. Trash cans were close to overflowing, people's half washed clothes in piles throughout, several machines out of order, and overall it had the feeling/look of a creepy, damp basement. Now for some positives and the 3-stars. The bathroom was tidy and well stocked: hand soap, paper towels, & TP. We did 5 loads of laundry with no issues. Our stuff seemed clean enough and dried without having to pay more than the initial $1.50 each dryer.
Prices here were fair.
They have a front load washer that can hold SIX laundry baskets of clothing in one load!
This laundromat had enough places for us to fold our clean wash and not bump elbows with other people. Many of the machines were out of order. One that we attempted to use ate our money and still didn't work. Called the number suggested to call in a case like this but we never received our money back or a return call.
Costs about $4.75 per load. This is honestly the worst and most expensive laundry I have ever used. There are holes in the walls (large, 2'x2' holes), the machines that are out of order have not been fixed in the 4 months I've been coming here, and everything is so dirty. I'm not a clean freak by any means and even I think it's dirty. There's a stream of dirty water that runs out of the building and through the parking lot/street. Be careful not to step in it--the pavement is covered in slime that's really slippery. The machines are hit or miss--some don't spin well, others don't dry. No a/c half of the summer.
